This powerful platform enables users to create and edit forms, hyperlinks, banners & announcements, and manage products, services, and approvers. As an extension of Nexus IT, Nexora plays a critical role in global IT operations in Nexus, ensuring seamless content control and structured resource management.

Problem Statement

Nexora, despite its robust set of features, the existing interface failed to provide a seamless user experience, consistency with brand guidelines leading to inefficiencies in targeted tasks. As Nexora, despite being a critical tool for content and access management, lacked frequent updates due to its low content modification requirements. This resulted in an outdated, unintuitive interface that did not align with brand guidelines or user expectations. Over time, inconsistencies in design, navigation complexity, and a lack of seamless interactions hindered user engagement. The goal of this project was to redesign the Nexora application, aligning it with user preferences and brand expectations while improving unituitive layout designs & patterns.

The Solution

To overcome the challenges faced by Nexora users, we proposed a holistic redesign strategy focused on transforming the application’s visual identity and usability. Our objective was to modernize Nexora’s color scheme, layout, and UI components, ensuring alignment with user expectations and brand guidelines while delivering a seamless and engaging experience. By leveraging design principles and UX fundamentals we redesigned some of the interactions and components to make it intuitive and usable and provided better experiences for it's users.

What I learned?

Revamping the Nexora was a transformative experience that strengthened my expertise in visual consistency, enterprise UX usability, and optimizing complex workflows. This project deepened my understanding of enhancing IT content management through intuitive and appealing visual designs. Throughout the process, I understand that integration with other tools could need to be seamless as it can build the business impact.

Seamless Integration is Essential – Nexus IT reliance on Nexora's meant that cross-platform consistency was a major challenge and learning point.
Balancing Aesthetics & Functionality – A visually appealing design is important, but usability and efficiency should always take priority.
